First of all, check the date you received the card. We keep these for 30 days and if it's been longer than this, your card has been deleted.

Second, there is a good possibility you have entered your *Secret Code* incorrectly. Please note the following:

1. The most common error is people confusing the lower case L and the number one. Depending on the font you use in your email program, these can look the same. But always remember that the first SIX characters are LETTERS, and the remaining characters are NUMBERS. To avoid these type of errors is why we recommend copy and paste. If you do not know how to copy and paste, you can learn here. And trust me, once you learn this handy little technique, you'll wonder how you EVER lived without it! :)

2. You MUST include the six letters at the beginning of your *Secret Code*!

3. Your *Secret Code* is case sensitive and is ALL lower case. If you use capitals, it will not work!

4. Do not add any spaces in your *Secret Code*.

5. If you're still having trouble, check the date your card was sent. We keep them for 30 days, and then they are deleted to allow room for new cards. Please note: we do not archive them; they are deleted.

6. If you've used the copy and paste method and are still getting an error, hit your "Refresh" or "Reload" button at the top of your browser on the pick up page, then enter your *Secret Code* again.

7. If you have checked the above and are still having problems, please go here and complete the form.

WHAT YOU NEED TO FULLY ENJOY OUR CARDS

If you are not hearing the midis, you probably need a plug-in for your browser. You can download vanBasco's Midi Player here at no charge.

COPY AND PASTE

1. Place your cursor at the beginning of your *Secret Code*, hold down your left mouse button, and drag it across the whole code. This will highlight it.

2. Go above to "Edit" and select "Copy".

3. Now go to your browser and from the pick up page given to you in your email, click in the box where you enter your *Secret Code*.

4. Go above to "Edit" and select "Paste", and your *Secret Code* will magically appear! :)
